Field & Green are recruiting for two positions, one Front of House and one Back of House! Read on for details: FRONT OF HOUSE ROLE: Seeking talented Restaurant Manager to manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant. They're open five days a week Wednesday - Sunday serving their trademark 'european soul food' for up to 55 covers. The position is full-time including some evenings & weekend shifts.
The role has two strands:
- The 'face' of Field & Green for customers and the public including as Maitre D'
- Organising and controlling the operations of the restaurant
They are looking for a professional, fun, motivated and passionate individual; is punctual, organised and flexible. You must be a natural host with a confident demeanor and attention to detail. You are a team player, have leadership skills in training and mentoring our dedicated team.
You will have at least 5 years work experience in the restaurant profession with a interest in food and a knowledge in wine and other beverages. A valid Licence Controller Qualification (LCQ) and General Manager's Certificate is essential. BACK OF HOUSE ROLE: Seeking an enthusiastic person to work 3 shifts a week as Kitchen Hand . Previous experience is required in this busy kitchen. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
