- Full & Part Time bar positions available
- Ideally with a weakness (really a strength, though) for wine, particularly natural, organic & minimal intervention focused
- Extensive knowledge not required but a willingness to get involved a must
- Ideally some hospo experience and a current Duty Manager's Certificate
